SBG Holdings was founded from a growing need by SBG, LLC's diverse clientele. Many of our clients experienced the need for investor support and engagement. KLR Enterprises, LLC is a sister company to Southern Business Group. In 2018, the partners transferred two closely-held real estate assets to KLR Enterprises at its establishment. As of 2021, the KLR team oversees four properties in East Tennessee, ranging from single-family to retail space.
